An ancient celebration held within the Royal Burgh of Lanark on the Thursday between the Sixth and Twelfth days of June annually since the year 1140.

An ancient celebration holden within the Royal Burgh of Lanark on the Thursday falling between the Sixth and Twelfth days of June annually since the year 1140.
 
Lanimer Day Procession including Lanimer Queen’s State Procession
10.00-11.30 Through the town via St. Leonard St., High St. (North), twice to Cross for Crowning of Lanimer Queen.
 
Castlebank Entertainment

Lord Cornet’s Foot Procession
13.40 Ladyacre Road to Castlebank
 
Lanimer Afternoon Ride Out - Lord Cornets, visitors and local riders
14.15 From Delves Park to Cleghorn Bridge and back, via New Lanark, Racecourse, Smyllum Drive, Carstairs Road. Ends Ladyacre Road.
