LANARK LANIMER DAY
An ancient celebration held within the Royal Burgh of Lanark on the Thursday between the Sixth and Twelfth days of June annually since the year 1140.
 

Lanimer Committee Donations

Lord Cornets' Club President, Ex-Lord Cornet David Strachan, and Silver Club Joint Convener, Fiona Cross, presenting cheques to Sylvia Russell, Chairman of the Lanimer Committee.

At the Lanimer Committee meeting held on Wednesday 5th March, two cheques were presented to Chairman Sylvia Russell.

Fiona Cross, Joint Convenor of the Silver Club Sub Committee, presented a cheque for £12,000.

Ex-Lord Cornet David Strachan, President of The Lord Cornets' Club, presented a cheque for £2,000 as a donation from the club.

The Chairman expressed the thanks of the Lanimer Committee for the welcome boost to Lanimer Funds.
