Once funeral arrangements are known, the relevant details will be provided.
Our thoughts are with Moira, Graeme, Gillian, Fiona and their families at this sad time.

Tomorrow afternoon at 1.30pm, Lanimer Queen Lacey Steele and Lanimer Queen Elect Maisey Talbot will officially open the Lanimer Community Workshop at Lanark Moor Country Park.
This fabulous building has been constructed by South Lanarkshire Council and has now been leased to the Lanimer Committee to be a new hub for all our Lanimer activity.
The building will also be a new home for a number of our Lanimer entrants to construct their fabulous Lanimer Lorries, as well as a space for other groups to work on community projects.
If you would like to see the new building, please pop along tomorrow for our opening ceremony and have a tour round.
Today saw the start of some of the official behind the scenes work that the Lanimer Committee does.
Our annual Lanimer Court photo session took place today. It was great to see our full 2025 Lanimer Court and all our Principals together in their outfits and looking fantastic.
It definitely makes Lanimers feel very real and very close (10 weeks!)
Well done to all our court members for their patience and understanding as we flung instructions at them.
Thanks again to Mark from Archibald Photography for his usual professionalism and banter!!
The Publicity & Brochure and Court Teams are now off for a well deserved lie down!
The Lanimer Committee are delighted to be supporting our friends at Lanark Agricultural Centre with their upcoming “Planet Abba” tribute night on Saturday 19th April.
The Lanimer Committee will be fundraising at this event with a fabulous raffle where you can be guaranteed the ‘Winner Takes it All!’
So if you fancy being a ‘Dancing Queen’, enjoying a delicious 3 course meal and a fabulous evening’s entertainment, please be a ‘Super Trouper’.
Lanimer Queen Elect Maisey Talbot visited McKellars Jewellers last week to collect her gift from the Lanimer Committee of a beautiful 9ct White Gold and Diamond pendant.
The Lanark Lanimer Committee would like to thank Ken Scott and the staff at McKellars for their kind generosity once again, and for their continued support of our Lanimer Celebrations.
