winter-parade-2015-aIf you are in Lanark on the evening of Friday 25 November, come along to the High Street at 6:30pm and see our spectacular illuminated procession. Many of the 2016 Lanimer entries will be taking part, transformed with lights and a few festive twists ! Look out for the 2016 principals in the parade and in addition we’re delighted to have both the Lanark and District Pipe Band and Bathgate Brass Band taking part this year.

The procession is part of Late Night Lanark 2016 so many of Lanark’s shops will also be open during and after the parade with some offering complimentary drinks and snacks.
A trial winter procession took place at last years Late Night Lanark and was highly successful so hopefully this can become an annual event offering you a second chance to celebrate Lanimers.
